The Department of the Migration Service of the Stanichno-Lugansk District Department of Internal Affairs (ROVD) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Luhansk People's Republic began accepting documents for the LPR passport.
Residents of Stanytsia Luhanska at the migration service department can also register and deregister at their place of residence; undergo fingerprinting.
