Includes 'unexplained' inclusion of a spot on the Masonic Temple Auditorium. Detroit is rebuilding to a 'Master Plan' and with a 'Spirit of Brotherhood' he adds. Apparently later Democratic Party Freemasons to occupy the Detroit Mayoral Seat like Coleman Young and Kwame Kilpatrick didn't help with the 'leveling'.
